For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" refers to the 88fd3 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at 88fd3.net.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual user on the 88fd3 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a player's 88fd3 Account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonuses separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, match bonuses, or other incentives granted by 88fd3 to a Player, which are subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the Player via an approved PKR payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which use of the 88fd3 Platform is restricted, blocked, or otherwise not permitted under applicable local regulations.
• "Verification" means the process by which 88fd3 confirms the identity, age, and payment details of a registered Player in accordance with our KYC obligations.

By registering an Account on the 88fd3 Platform, or by continuing to use any 88fd3 service after an updated version of these Terms has been published, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, together with the 88fd3 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your acceptance is a condition precedent to your use of the Platform. If at any point you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 88fd3 Platform and request the closure of your Account by contacting our support team.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from 88fd3 or had an Account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting with intent to commit fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity through the Platform.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on 88fd3. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or the same device — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances derived from bonus activity.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Once your 88fd3 Account is registered, you assume the following ongoing obligations as a condition of continued access to the Platform:

• Not use VPN services or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.

88fd3 will not be liable for any losses you suffer as a result of unauthorised use of your Account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

All financial transactions on 88fd3 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 88fd3 supports the following approved payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 88fd3 Account promptly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 88fd3 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account investigation, potential suspension, and the return of funds to the source payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of identity verification. 88fd3 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing times for withdrawals to mobile wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast) are typically 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically complete within a few hours during normal business conditions.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform and may be updated periodically.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if the Account has not completed the required KYC verification process.
• 88fd3 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full.

88fd3 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and, where applicable, identity verification on the 88fd3 Platform.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a specific bonus offer only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled before any balance arising from Bonus Funds is eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period. Any Bonus Funds not used and any Wagering Requirements not completed within the validity period will result in the automatic expiry and removal of those Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

• Bonus offers are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value independent of the conditions attached to them.

Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to exploit bonus wagering, or any other conduct designed to extract value from bonus structures without genuine play intent — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended pending investigation.

All bets and wagers placed on the 88fd3 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published within the Platform. In addition, the following general rules apply across all 88fd3 products:

• Once a bet or wager has been confirmed by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be amended or cancelled unless the specific game rules or market rules explicitly permit cancellation.
• 88fd3 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on an obvious or palpable error in the displayed odds, prices, or game parameters.
• Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and are published within the relevant game or market interface. 88fd3 is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout limit.
• All casino games on the 88fd3 Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are independent of prior results and are not influenced by bet size, account history, or any other variable.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game or bet settlement, 88fd3 will apply the game provider's standard rules for resolving incomplete rounds. Where no such rule exists, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• 88fd3 reserves the right to apply stake restrictions or payout caps to any Player at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88fd3 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same identity or a different identity.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or to process funds derived from illegal or criminal activity.
• Placing bets using inside information, collusion with other Players, or any form of match-fixing arrangement.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds for financial gain — any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 88fd3 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88fd3's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided by 88fd3, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player into their Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

88fd3 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the Platform arising from circumstances beyond 88fd3's reasonable control, including network outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that does not constitute a specific contractual commitment.
• The conduct or actions of third-party game providers whose games are made available through the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 88fd3's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
